Abstract
This lecture deals with the problems of activities of bailiffs to combat non-payers of maintenance. Abstract state activities of bailiffs at the present stage. Analyzes some ways of improving the legislation in order to improve the efficiency of bailiffs, as well as an assessment of advanced methods to combat non-payers.
